5 Upcoming Spring Trends | 2014

picture from glamour magazine.

So spring is just round the corner and honestly i am so excited to get rid of the winter weather and ready for a bit more manageable weather. I also i find it hard to put outfits together in the winter as it's always cold and i don't have that many 'nice' winter clothes so i just stick to the classic ugly oversized jumper, so spring i'm coming for ya. My prediction for spring fashion is there is likely to be more colours especially lilacs and baby blues. These two colours will be perfect for the spring vibe.

1. Ripped Jeans |  Ripped jeans are by far the up and coming trend for the spring and maybe even the summer. The thing i love about ripped jeans are that they manage to be so causal yet such a fashion statement with the rips in as it allows skin to be seen. They'd be perfect with a pair of converse and a statement piece necklace.

2. Knit Crop Jumpers | I feel like knit crop jumpers can definitely be an all round season trend however i think they'd be perfect the spring especially in the colours lilac and baby blue, as its still sort of cold but very manageable weather which is perfect for crop jumpers as it gives you an excuse to show some flesh yet sort of keep warm. Perfect with some mom jeans.

3. Metallic / PVC Extracts | Metallic / PVC clothing especially skirts and heels will absolutely kill it in the spring. PVC pencil skirts in pink will look so gorgeous with a cute cream top and the great thing is that metallic & PVC clothing can be either dressed up or dressed down.

4. Chunky Flatforms | Flatform's are perfect for the spring the give height and are so flattery on the feet. They are adorable and cute and they make me think of spring. They'll look great with either a skater skirt or print loose trousers.

5. Thick Strappy Heels | These are defiantly a little obsession of mine and i think will 100% be in for the spring, they are so flattery and act as a statement for legs. I'm especially loving the strappy heels with the clear heel and i think will look beautiful with a fitted jumpsuit or bodycon.

Floral Kimono & Leather

Kimono // New Look, Neon Cami // Topshop, Leather Skirt// H&M

Finally, another fashion post! Now as it's coming up to spring i'm really getting back into floral prints and a tiny bit more colour in my wardrobe, but not too much, love me too much black. Anyway's i paired my other sized floral print kimono with my favourite leather skirt.

Oo god i feel like as i've been away in London and haven't blogged as much, i've sort of lost my writing touch, aha! I will be back to my normal routine though.

Are you ready for Spring?

Lifestyle | Week In London

On Valentines day around 7:30am that morning i got on a coach and train and made my way my home town, London. Even after being sat next to pair of annoying twins and being super tired i was super excited to be in London. Around Tuesday we went to Hatfield to see relatives and boy was that journey long. The next set of pictures were taken on Wednesday before we went to White City to see friends and have a little look around.
Thursday was by far my favourite day, we went to Camden Lock Market and had a little look around the markets, even thought it was around 5/6 and quite late there was still some stalls left open so we had a little gander round and i literally fell in love with this little India stall we went in and oh my gawdddd i loved everything. They had the cutest little ornaments and jewellery like that little Buddah ring in the picture below, i would differently recommend going in and having a look if your in the area, and the man that worked there was so lovely and helpful.

Afterwards we went into this place called Proud Camden and it has like little rooms in which we just sat in there, had drinks and did a spot of karaoke (well i didn't..). There was also a man their singing and he was really good, i definitely recommend coming here also as its really entertaining. In stables market there are plenty of food stalls and i mean PLENTY, from Chinese food, Mexican food to Caribbean food and they all looked yummy.

Today (Saturday) i met up with my brother and we went for a meal and i didn't take any pictures as i forgot my camera but it was fun as i rarely see my brother as he lives in London and i live back in Yorkshire. Overall i've really enjoyed my week here, seeing family and going out but my time in London is over and sadly i must return home, but i will be back. London has my heart.
